Thank you to everyone who helped out and joined us yesterday at our Timothy's Ministry luncheon especially our Host Group which was led by Luke Flanz, a high school student who contacted me a few months ago because he was looking for an Eagle Scout Project (organizing our luncheon and clothing room and even raising money to purchase a lot of food and supplies). Luke shared that this turned out to be much more than a project for him, and he said he was so 'moved' and 'inspired', and 'changed' by the experience of getting to know people in our Timothy's Ministry Family and getting a deeper understanding of the challenges of homelessness. He and his family said they want to keep coming back. I know that it is God who brings each person in, and I believe people experience His love when we are together because everyone is always so filled with joy!
